    • Cleaning: After wearing your jewelry, use the included microfiber jewelry cleaning cloth that comes with your purchase to gently wipe away dirt and oils from the surface. If wearing daily, its best to wipe it clean at least twice a week.
    • Gentle Cleaning Solution: For deeper cleaning, occasionally use a mild soap mixed with warm water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners as they may damage your jewelry.
    • Precautions: Avoid prolonged exposure to abrasive chemicals like shampoo, strong soaps, creams, lotions, oils, etc. on a daily basis.
    • Wait for at least 5 minutes after using perfumes, creams and lotions to be absorbed by the skin. Wear your jewelry last.
    • Rinse and Dry: Thoroughly rinse the jewelry with clean water and then pat it dry with a soft cloth. This can be done as frequently as needed.
    • Proper Storage: To prevent scratching and minimize contact with other pieces, store your jewelry separately in the dedicated compartment or pouch provided with your purchase. Do not mix your jewelry with other metals. Avoid friction by storing them separately.

Delivery Information:

Delivery: Orders placed before 10 am are delivered the same day within Kathmandu, Lalitpur & Bhaktapur. All orders placed after 10 am are delivered the next day within Kathmandu Valley.
Delivery Rate: NPR 100 
Free delivery on orders over NPR 5000.

You can choose to have your jewelry at an instance, should you choose the Pathao / Indrive option. We will contact you for payment and provide you information on the courier cost. 

Delivery outside Kathmandu Valley will be dispatched to Courier Services with home delivery services within the next day. Delivery times may vary between 2-4 days. Delivery outside of the valley will also require pre-payment. We will contact you once your order is placed.

Deliveries are made 7 days a week. All deliveries come with either a box, a pouch or both, along with a bill, micro-fiber cloth for jewelry cleaning and cleaning tips.
